Sunless Forest: Vampiric Insurance

Spear Main + Tarkan + Vampire.

Sometimes the NPC's HP goes dangerously low that having a healer as insurance would be nice. So why not take the Vampire since not only can she tank much better than a staff merc but can also kill 2 mobs at a time.

Battle of Red Cliffs: Solo Power Trip

Spear Main + Tarkan + Hwarang.

One of the longer TBSs but it's fun to do this once in a while. With 4 Bosses, 3 Summon Gates, several minibosses and hordes of mobs, it has its fun moments.

Forbidden Land: Attack of the Evil Monk

Spear Main + Monk + Tarkan.

Monk hits like a drunk old man but it takes a lot of turns to beat the Boss here that he is actually useful working together with melee mercs.

Ravenous Valley: Awakening Master Monk

Spear Main + Monk + Tarkan.

Here I tried using my evil Monk in TBS for the 1st time for lols. It seemed mobs fear him so much that they went for him a lot.

Spirit God: Mob Control and Boss Spiking

Spear Main + Tarkan + Hwarang.

I wouldn't recommend soloing this mission if you can't kill Dogon bosses within 4 turns at most. But if you can, then there should be no problem.

Nest of the Empress: Short Version

Spear Main + Tarkan + Champion.

The plan is to go straight to killing the Boss and skip having to destroy all 3 beehives (summon gates).

For this you'll want 1 melee tank, 1 damage dealer and at least 1 DEF debuffer. Ody would be great with his best in-game DEF debuff, Shield Bash.

Jungle of the Beast: Spiked Beast

Spear Main + Tarkan + Puppeteer.

The objective here is simple, kill the boss at the top right of the map. You can safely ignore the two other bosses.

But of course you have to go through a horde of bodybuilding humanoids and beasts with little Zulu men that pop out when you kill them, who in turn slowly and gracefully bow to you before turning and running away.

Ravenous Valley: Puppeteering Party

Spear Main + Tarkan + Puppeteer.

This is probably the 2nd easiest Zulu mission after Crossroads. 1-way path, destroy everything on the way to the boss at the end.

The Puppeteer works great here together with 2 damage dealers.

Crossroads of Terror: Terrorized Patriot

Spear Main + Tarkan + Patriot.

Just got my Patriot to 141 so I decided to try running a TBS with him. It turned out pretty well I think, although he got killed once. Went all Super Saiyan and died next turn near the base camp so there wasn't any need to waste a resurrect scroll on him.

Zulu Village: Full Melee Blitzkrieg

Spear Main + Tarkan + Puppeteer.

Zulu mobs hit very hard and melees can tank them a lot better than other merc types. So for this run I tried using Rin in TBS for the first time. Together with Attila she turned out to be very effective, making this my new favorite TBS setup.
